And the best part of the Villa however was our driver, Ariawan "Ari". Ari picked us up from the airport and drove us wherever we wanted for our 3 day stay in Ubud. He gave us great recommendations on places to go. During our drives he told us lots of info about the fascinating history and culture of Bali. He happily answered my many questions too. He...

"This property was unique has it was built entirely from timber and had beautiful carved facade. There were two separate rooms with own outside bathrooms. The bathroom could use small adjustments such as a bigger flat stone in shower area. The pool was amazing and clean. Beautiful large grounds surrounded the jogolo villa. Very traditional type accommodation. It was situated out of Ubud in the Sayan area. Local drivers fare back into Ubud 50000 rupiah. -$5:00 Australian. "

"The place is as pretty as the pictures. There’s wifi, proper air conditioning, working kitchen, and I do wake up with that beautiful sceneries. Staffs are very friendly. One thing though, there were only 2 restaurants around and close quite early. So manage your time well."

"Entire place is spacious and quiet and with a lot of privacy. Kitchen is well equipped. However. third bedroom on the lower level has an odour. May be contributed by the lack of ventilation in the room and bathroom. Only one tiny 600W hairdryer was provided so we had to share among the three bathrooms. At this price point, I am sure the establishment could well provide one hair dryer of at least 1500W for every bathroom."

Jalan menuju lokasi rusak dan sempit sekali dan lokasi tsb tidak mengijinkan pemakaian Gocar sedangkan transport yang ditawarkan hotel 2x lipat lebih mahal. Juga sarapan sedikit sekali. Utk American breakfast hanya 1 potong roti yg dibagi 2. Kamar nyaman, service baik dan staf ramah."

"Amazing rooms with private pool (4 of us stayed as a family so we had the room upstairs and the other downstairs. Service was great. Food brought to us was tasty and reasonable. Away a little bit from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. They do have a free shuttle service if you want to go into town."

Attention to detail in the villas was exceptional, incredibly comfortable canopy bed, lovely pool. Amazing outdoor bathroom. Air con was icy ( just what is needed😊) and the setting stunning. "
