"My sister and I had a 16 hour layover at Heathrow airport so we decided on this hotel. Which was a 8 min bus ride away. Staff was okay nothing too bad but everything else was great. Kind of disappointed that breakfast wasn't included but its all good. Still 5 stars."

We were told when we arrived my daughter could only access the pool if she was 5. This was only hidden in the T&Cs and not flag until we arrived despite giving my daughters DOB.
