"The property itself was in a very excellent location, because you have easy walkable access to the Petronas Twin Towers, the KLCC park which has a wonderful colorful water fountain ⛲️ show at night with music. The Saloma Link Bridge which displays a colorful bridge changing colors every 10-20 seconds outside and inside of it. Also, Avenue K shopping mall is across from the twin towers that offer a variety of dining or fastfood and a grocery store. All those tourists attractions are free to visit...

"Menginap 2 malam di hotel ini, pertama slot pintu tidak bisa dibuka, resepsionis tidak begitu menanggapi keluhan sampai harus naik turun 3 kali, alasan ada gangguan kartunya, sampai kita marah baru di panggil rekan nya ikut ke kamar untuk buka pintu. Posisinya hotelnya tidak begitu jauh dari jalan alor. Kebersihan lumayan cuma petugas bersihin kamar jam 5 sore loh."

Would have been nice to have More than 1 rather small towel per person i.e hand towel, face cloth… Take ear plugs if light sleeper- could hear noise from corridor & next door room. "

In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. "Location is good, 5 mins walk away from TRX and relatively near to the bukit bintang area. Famed restoran and cafe such as Hai Ka Lang and Grumpy Bagels are also nearby. The bathroom drainage system appears choke as water does not seem to be drained quickly. As a result, one might step onto a wet and slippery floor when entering the bathroom. Walls of the room are also not very soundproof, as i could hear quite clearly, noises and voices if any along the corridor from my room."

"The staff tried to get me to pay twice for room service! Breakfast was the monotonous same things Bathrooms are dirty….i had to buy bleach and clean for myself. Apart from that quiet and close by to most stuff."
