Mixed Experience We booked three rooms, but unfortunately, two of the bedsheets were dirty. It was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep well on the first night. Housekeeping came to change the sheets and spray for dust mites, which helped. On the positive side, the location is excellent—directly connected to the shopping mall—and the room décor is modern and fresh.

This a hotel meant for shoppers. Location is very central to almost everywhere and the service is tops. Well done Cititel! Although the breakfast can be better in terms of quality and the WiFi was terrible in my room on the 7th floor during my stay in Oct 2025.

From Expedia booking, those pictures on bathtub is different from what I actually booked for. May be need update the website. I thought it is bathtub, so, I bought few shower salt for enjoying my soak bath during my stay. The room is alright. It is cjj lol ran and comfy. Breakfast buffet is great, up to expectation. Location and proximity to transports, amenities such as F&B and shoppings are unbeatable. The room has a smell which I tried to mask with essential oil dipped on tissue papers and place a few spots in the room.
