Staff absolutely fabulous couldn't help me enough with the few issues I had, noting to do with the hotel. And of you like fish there's a great fish buffet in the hotel"

"The first room assigned was a little smelly, however, the front desk was happy to changed to a different room which was very clean with no bad smell. Two front desk stuffs Vincent and Edward, and all other stuffs, were very friendly and helped out from check in to check out. Definitely will stay here during my next Beijing trip."

"All staff from front desk to concierge to cleaning crew are very friendly and helpful. It is a very convenient location, many restaurants are within walking distance. All major sights of interest are easily accessible by subway. The Wangfujing Shopping area is within 5 minutes’ walk. We stayed 4 nights and still have many places near and far that we’d like to explore next time we stay in this hotel. "

"Water does not flow down the bath drain and pools on the floor. There is a problem with the slope of the floor. The air conditioner is noisy."

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"
