"Please be patient as I explain both the pros and cons of Hotel Berna. We booked one room for a single room with 2 separate beds, my friend and I were traveling for leisure. When we arrived we were told the room had only a single bed. I showed the front desk representative the receipt showing we requested separate beds. Now here is where I give credit for surperior customer service. At first they tried to separate the beds thinking it was setup as 2 doubles stuck together. That didnt work as it...

Rooms were very spacious however one bathroom was missing a lock and the handle broke off on second day which doesn’t reflect the cost of room very well. Big variation for breakfast buffet, great check in and check out times compared to other places. Staff were very friendly too."
