"Beautiful elegant reception downstairs, old world Italian charm, but a bit disappointed in my room, which I hoped would follow suit. A sizeable room, which was great, but pillows terrible and was expecting a nice decor bedspread, but just “sheets” when we walked in. Asked for a second chair, but she said “no”. In all though we enjoyed our stay- wished couple next door would not have talked so loud next door late into the night."

"The Condotti Boutique Hotel provided us with SUPERIOR service from check in and throughout our stay, helping with restaurant and activity suggestions, directions and reservations. The room was over the top clean, comfortable, roomy and in the perfect location. The complimentary coffee, tea and sweets were a very nice treat! Upon our 10am departure, after realizing the streets of Rome were closing down for the Race for a Cure Marathon and taxi service to catch a train at termini station would...

"Everything about the Artemide was a delight! The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was clean and conveniently located, and the breakfast spread was absolutely unbelievable! We really felt luxurious and cared for by every staff member. My only complaints would have been that the swipe control for the elevator wasn't explained (I struggled to figure out what to do at first) and even when I figured it out it didn't seem to work for me consistently, and the shower only has a partially enclosed...
