"Location to Rome Termini is great as its about 5-10 min with minimal road crossings. The area is commercial but seems safe. We were able to walk to all of the sites, but hop on hop off busses are within a few minutes of hotel if you wish to use these. Vatican was the longest walk for us and took 40 min. "The hotel was small but very nice. Our room was modern and spotless. Aircon worked well. Location so near the station was as you should expect from Rome's central Terminus. "Modern and felt new, but staff were not really helpful, until the checkout lady. We called with a problem in lighting and they said someone would be up, but never showed up. Communication wasn’t great. Breakfast bar was not great….go somewhere else for breakfast. "
