"The overall stay is good, staff are friendly but 2 things to improve compared to the St. Regis in HK 1). "We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...
