"Very helpful staff at Reception/Concierge provided useful advise to use the hotel's free shuttle to Macau Ferry Terminal where there are also many free shuttles services to hotels which are in the city and within walking distance of St Paul's Ruins and also to the other landmark hotels. "It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes. The staff who handled my check-in offered me a room exchange, but I declined because I had already unpacked my belongings. Even though there was a warning sign prohibiting smoking in the room itself, it smelled like it was a smoking room. It was very disappointing that the Mandarin Oriental brand and trust were completely lost. Is it because it's Macau or what? impossible."

"前枱辦入住手續超級慢，我排第三位等登記。等30分鐘仍舊在等。3點交房，4點仍在等通知，未可以給房間。早餐時有30多人在排隊入座，但只有一個職在登記房號及編排座位，另一位職員(或上級)在旁觀察，沒有提供協助。 不會再來了(因為上次入住也是一樣，服務沒有改進)"

"Read a lot of reviews before making the decision of staying at the Ritz-Carlton and I am 200% happy with our stay with 53rd floor lounge access. The lounge provides 5 meal/drink services from breakfast to after dinner drinks and everyone on this floor is extra nice especially Molly, Allan and Lila My family and I will not stay anywhere else in Macau now. ++++recommend!"
