"Fantastic hotel, recently renovated, super quiet and comfortable. In the city center, so, close to attractions and restaurants. High quality. We liked the pickup player and the vinyl disks. Staff very friendly and helpful. A delight."

"The hotel had a comfortable bed with blockout curtains and all the amenities one would want in a room . It’s a two mike walk to the old town and restaurants but for us it was good to walk back after dinner . One can catch an Uber or tram so convenient I guess . The shower had good force but there was something about it that made the water too hot or cold but worked out regardless . Wish I could have spent time in the jacuzzi and pool which looked inviting and awesome . "

"The food was great, I had dinner & breakfast included. I liked the large size of rooms. It was strange though that I had to ask the receptionist to turn on our AC, it was locked from our control in our room and there wasn’t a sign to explain that we had to request AC. Other than that everything went smoothly."

"We stayed at Met Boutique for one night recently, and it was a very nice stay. Gorgeous room, great service, parking onsite (valet), great breakfast (upstairs with a view), great location (walking distance to everything in Zagreb we wanted to see)! Would happily stay again."

"Cute little apartment. When we checked in, David showed us around, explaining how to use the TV, etc., and where important items were located. The Wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable. We had requested a baby bed, and it was there and set up for us when we arrived. The hosts were polite and very helpful. The apartment is in a great location, across the street from a small park, a pizzeria, a pub, and two great little coffee shops. There's a pharmacy and food mart nearby, and it's a straight...

"Worst customer service ever, they gave the door codes to me at 9:35pm on the 2nd and they were meant to be sent at 11am on the 1st (24 hours before check in).... so i was stuck without somewhere to stay 15000km from home. Not only this but the numner they gave me was actually for a hospital in Zagreb... After all that I tried to get some sort of refund from them and they blatently refused. Lying saying they sent email on time but I even sent myself test emails to make sure mailbox was working....
