They have a restaurant that gets quite busy and they offered us priority seating since we were guests of the hotel. The room was very clean and cozy and the bathroom looking fantastic! (Sorry I forgot her name)When we got to the hotel she immediately added us to her WeChat so we could communicate with her easily. The correct name in English is: Xiangye Listen To The Rain. Best way is to go to a shop or hotel nearby and ask them to call the hotel so they can come to pick you up. "

"Other than the fact that no one was there when I arrived and I had to call and wait for them, things were great. The hot water also took a while to arrive and didn't last long. But the staff were helpful and the location was close to most of what you want to see in Pingyao."
