"Great place to stay with ample off street parking just a short walk into the town. Upgraded on arrival to a larger room with a spotless well designed en-suite. The large walk in shower however could have benefitted with a more powerful flow of water from the shower head. First place we stayed at during our trip where the food at the breakfast buffet was hot and you had hot plates for your food"

"A really good hotel that had great facilities. Two restaurants with excellent choices. Two indoor pools - one just for hotel guests (the other for guests in the lodges). Several comfy rooms for chilling. Lovely grounds for walks and close enough to walk to Brodick. Everywhere is decorated to a very high standard. The staff are a mix of local and world wide - all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The whole hotel is dog friendly. Highly recommend "

"Staff were excellent, they made us feel very welcome We expected a standard double as that’s what I booked through Expedia but we were given a cosy double as it was called on the Glenisle website , the room was very nice but the en suite needed some attention to the tiles in the shower and the shower tap system , this room was also at the top of the hotel and I found it a struggle by the time I reached the last set of stairs, Breakfast was excellent and dinner was nice but not outstanding. "We have stayed at the Dunalastair a couple of times and really enjoyed each visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms very well appointed and clean. The lounge areas are great and we also liked the restaurant and the food. The hotel and area is also very quiet. Nice views of Schiehallion too! Recommended for sure."

"I cannot say enough about the most wonderful staff at this hotel. They were so friendly and accomodating. The meals were superb, and the view from the dining room unmatched. It is to be expected that it is an older building and some things are a little different, make sure if you have mobility issues to ask questions before you go. I did see wheelchair ramps. We truly enjoyed it and wish we had stayed another night or 2 to walk the grounds."

"Stayed here for the Saturday night with the mrs. Rooms were very nice and bed and furniture were comfortable. Very nice location! Pool and spa was excellent for being in an hotel! Only downside was having to pay for a hot breakfast when the room we bought came with breakfast included, so that spoiled things a little. Cooked breakfast should be included when it says breakfast included so a bit false advertising for me."

"We spent a night at the Glencoe Inn so that we could explore Glencoe. It is extremely convenient as a location for that. Little pricey as an exclusive option in that area, but the room was spacious and well kept. Cute restaurants attached. Petrol station and convenience store next door. It’s right on the highway but not too much noise. Staff was very friendly. Overall great stay and we would choose them again if exploring Glencoe. "
