"We stayed as part of a larger walking group to climb Mount Snowden on our Cancer Charity fund raiser, so to find the hotel was located only 300 yards from the start of the route was a real bonus. The staff were attentive and delivered great customer service, thank you. We stayed in room 248, a twin room on the corner , a massive plus was that the windows opened, so you could get real fresh air rather than air con, it makes so much differnce. "I had hoped i would be able to get a roll, or sandwich in the evening. Admittedly, i only asked for some crisps, as it appeared there was no service, as such, in the evening. The breakfast was good & the room clean & comfortable. However, it would be better to make sure that everything in the room is secure & not left for the customer to discover!!! "
