"We stayed as part of a larger walking group to climb Mount Snowden on our Cancer Charity fund raiser, so to find the hotel was located only 300 yards from the start of the route was a real bonus. The staff were attentive and delivered great customer service, thank you. We stayed in room 248, a twin room on the corner , a massive plus was that the windows opened, so you could get real fresh air rather than air con, it makes so much differnce. "Our room at the top of the building was spacious, well-lit, clean, attractive, and offered a partial view of the castle (pretty at night). The large bed was very comfortable. The heated towel rack in the bathroom was excellent. We appreciated being able to open a window to get fresh air. For the first few days of our stay we were only able to get luke warm water in the bathroom. However, as soon as we reported the problem it was fixed immediately.
