"We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. We loved the Kelo cabin. Everything about this place made for a very relaxing vacation. We were very satisfied the dining each night. They had four main menus that rotated each day. Our favorite excursion was the dog sledding. We have enthusiastically recommended Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort to all of our friends and family."

"Vi ankom om aftenen og havde set frem til at bo i hytten - men de havde ikke flere hytter og tilbød os hotelværelse, hvilket slet ikke var det ophold vi ønskede. Die Aktivitäten sind sehr gut organisiert. - Unser Badezimmer hatte keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, das Wasser der Dusche verbreitete sich auf dem Badezimmerboden. - Die Temperatur im Zimmer und im Bad war nur bedingt regulierbar, abhängig von der Außentemperatur. - Die Sauna, sowie ein zugehöriges Handtuch kosten jeweils extra."

"We stayed here overnight before a flight home. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant and bar were fabulous! Very walkable to shops and other restaurants. Only not great thing was we had to pull/carry our luggage in the snow across two streets to our building. In case this might be an issue for you just be aware when booking. "

They charge for parking, which is surprising in a town of this size and given it is an outside parking lot not all of which is paved; however, they will quickly advise you that you can park for free across the street, which we did. "Everyone at the Snowhotel was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. We enjoyed the dogsledding. We spent a night in the Snowhotel. The sleeping bags they provide are very warm. Everything was great. Just keep in mind, there is no plumbing in the Snowhotel. Bathrooms and showers are in an attached building."
