"Had an amazing stay at the Altis Avenida. We loved the rooms, the hotel was lovely but really it was the staff and location that made it amazing! The staff were very attentive to our needs and requests and were very helpful when we needed anything! Ricardo was especially helpful, making excellent recommendations for restaurants, helping with our bags and catching our rides, just truly a 5 star experience."
