"The hotel was older but well maintained and beautiful! The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The room smaller but very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. A/C worked great! Our only problem was with the bathroom. The sink was clogged and took forever to heat up. The shower was completely clogged and water kept backing up in the tub. "I booked and paid for a deluxe room facing the pool. Said pool was almost empty. Checked in around 4pm. Found the T.V. didn't work. Went back to the office, told the young lady at the counter about the T.V. she said she would take care of it right away. I told her I was going out for several hours and thought it would be taken care of. I returned at 8pm, T.V. still not working. Same young lady said she would take of it in 10 minutes. "Everything was wonderful, staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing. Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Bathroom was huge and clean. Walking distance of numerous activities including Inner Harbor and Stadiums. Easy parking on site. No need to pay for parking or valet. Overall a wonderful experience. "
