Room smelled of mold. Shade on the window was torn and falling down. In the bathroom the toilet was broken and very dirty. The tub was very dirty as well. The towel racks were broken off, and there were no towels or wash cloths. No trash can. All in all, the room was dirty. I went back to the lobby and told them that I couldn’t stay in such a place and demanded a refund of the money I had paid. They said hat they would agree to a refund, but because I had used Expedia to book the room I would have to contact them for a refund. I did so that evening, and Expedia said that they would have to have the approval of the hotel before they could issue a refund. They said that they had contacted the hotel, and that the hotel would not agree to the refund, a direct contradiction to what I had been told by the people at the the hotel. I strongly recommend that no one should book a room at this hotel, and I strongly recommend that you avoid using Expedia. Neither the hotel or Expedia acted with honor.

This was the worst hotel or place I've ever stayed for any length of time in my life. Front desk guy was rude as hell. Hung up the phone on me when asking the wifi password. Told me the password when I called back. He wouldn't specify what letters were upper case and what was lower case in the password. He got frustrated and told me to come to the main lobby, just because I was informing him the password didn't work. Because he didn't tell me the first letter was capitalized. There were candy wrappers in the place. The main light switch didn't work. Then, one lamp, it WOULD turn on, but it wouldn't turn off. I had to sleep with the lights on. The vending machines were empty and only took bills and coins, no card. The entire place should be demolished and a homeless shelter should be built in its place

Be prepared for all of your belongings brought into room to smell of very old and new cigarette smoke. The bathroom is out of a nightmare and staff act friendly but then come right back on their word. Very bazaaar situation over there.

The room was horrible. When we first got to the room, it was ice cold. We had to turn the heat on and leave for about an hour before we could even be inside to be comfortable. Then we tried to find lights and less than half of the bulbs were working. Only one bulb in the bathroom worked. I requested this room because of the Jacuzzi bath. When we got back and turned the water on the hot water came out brown. So unfortunately, it was unusable. Zwaar verwaarloosd verblijf, kakkerlakken die letterlijk over de muren kruipen, schimmels in de douche en "keuken", kapotte meubels, geen isolatie (wat bij -14 best tegenvalt). Dit is letterlijk het typische gore, goedkope motel waar in de films en series de junks en shady mensen verblijven. Het personeel was vriendelijk, that's it. Het was goedkoop, maar ik wil er nog niet dood gevonden worden.

Yes very lovely me and my spouse had a wonderful time we were upset that we kind of had to leave and go back to the shelter where we really dont want to be my husband been trying his best in talking to his manager so that he can get his job position switched but the manager at the giants seems really rude and show signs of racism all we're trying to do is make things happen and we're just keep being tossed like we're nothing so we are just leaving everything up to God and hopefully something happens cause he cannot be without work for a month. And also the hotel runners were very friendly and we never came across anyone like that so yes we would recommend this our comfort hotel.

I stayed here for a night and honestly enjoyed it more than expected. The room was clean and smelled fresh when I walked in. The bed was comfortable and helped me get a really good night’s sleep. The bathroom was tidy, and the hot water worked perfectly. Parking was easy and right near the room, which I appreciated after a long drive. The staff was friendly and made check-in quick. It felt relaxed and simple, just what I needed. I’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! The parking was convenient, and I appreciated how neat the property looked. The water heated up fast, and the heater kept the room cozy. The staff were courteous and made me feel valued as a guest

This motel was exactly what i needed for a short stay check-in was fast and hassle -free which i really appreciated the room felt cozy and well -kept everything worked properly and it was nice and quiet at night overall a really pleasant stay

Room felt neglected and not cleaned. Stairs were not salted and my family slipped down them. When calling and letting them know, we were treated poorly.

The room was less than comfortable. The two pillows on the bed were too small. The couch had disgusting stains on it. The heat was difficult to manage. The TV was ancient and when turned on, the sound was up at 90 every single time. There are pics of breakfast on the site, but there was NO breakfast. The light-up mirror in the bathroom area did not work. There were no amenities such as a coffee maker. For $100/night, this was ridiculously over priced. DO NOT STAY HERE.
