"The listing did not disclose that this is a pet-friendly hotel. The sheets were filthy and smelled strongly of animals. This was especially problematic for someone with allergies. The cleanliness and lack of accurate disclosure made this a very unpleasant stay."

"The room was horrible. When we first got to the room, it was ice cold. We had to turn the heat on and leave for about an hour before we could even be inside to be comfortable. Then we tried to find lights and less than half of the bulbs were working. Only one bulb in the bathroom worked. I requested this room because of the Jacuzzi bath. When we got back and turned the water on the hot water came out brown. So unfortunately, it was unusable. It almost looked like the room was used for storage...

"you ripped me off where is the continental breakfast I made a reservation with expedia and the description and the service is terrible > I arrive at 4 pm there is no none I waited for 30 minutes > The responsible is these terrible company manages these hotels, but not the lady who was there with her dog. She was nice, even though I waited at reception for 30 minutes. The next day, there was no breakfast, just a dirty coffee pot. "

"The whole experience starting with Maggie @ the front desk she gave us the history of The Federal Point very interesting definitely not your average Hotel she takes much pride in it Impeccably clean, furnishing of the period were appreciated so much to admire Had a relaxing bite in the bar great visit and conversation with bartender Definitely will recommend it"

"We arrived after along day of travel and no hot water in the building. They had a company piping in hot water the following day upon check out. Very disappointed. Thin blankets. Room was outside entrance, 4 th floor facing intersection. Noisy cars and when stopped at stoplight exhaust from cars came into room. Breakfast was good. Older but clean. Beds were satisfactory however TV was cheap, channel selection poor and poor quality TV. Would not stay again. Moved our stay to holiday in...

"The place is like a maze and the signage confusing to say the least. Lights from the air conditioning and from the thermostat on the wall negated any benefit from the room darkening shades."
