"This hotel was conveniently located for all of our needs. The communication with hotel service members also exceeded expectations, so I am thankful. The only issue I found was with the dryer in the room, as it required multiple cycles to dry clothes completely. Other than that, the stay was excellent!"

"The stay is like something our of a fairytale! You can see the views of the mountains, lake and the tori gates. The property is right by the water. It has the most up to date amenities! Including your own footbath out doors and a full private onsen that opens up to the views! 10/10 can not recommend this place enough! It was literally the most transformative part of our trip to Japan. "

"The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! "I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property.
