I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. The laundry machine is broken and leaks everywhere, leading to badly washed clothes and a wet floor. The beds were wet before we entered the villa. We tried to sleep, but too moist to sleep or else we would have gotten sick. The amount of bugs was actually scary, not to mention the size of them too. One of the spiders in our room was the size of a tennis ball. Though, bugs are just bugs. I’d say for a person who lives rural regularly, it wouldn’t be too much of a problem. Bring bug spray though. The villa is far from everything and taxis are very difficult to call. Bus stations are your best bet, but they’re about 15-20 minutes walk The smell in the bath tub room is horrid. We called and asked why, but we were told it is the smell of the natural spring filtering water through. I find it hard to believe that this was the case. The price was just not worth anything there besides the view. Most of the things were low quality and not washed fully. Pros: The view is amazing. Right on the side of a mountain looking into the forest and mountains. The customer service was actually good. They answered our calls and our Expedia messages quickly.

1棟を4当分しているので、やはりどうしても他のグループの声や、BBQしているグループの匂いが部屋に入ってきたりとする点は否めない。 部屋としては、掃除ができてない感じで、床は靴下が真っ黒になった。スリッパ絶対必須。 初期は前回のお客さんが洗ってから再度宿の管理者は洗っていないと思われる。油でネチョネチョで洗い直そうと思ったら食器洗剤が空っぽで、車で洗剤買いに行ってそのまま寄付した。 虫も沢山いたが虫除けスプレーが玄関にあったが空っぽだった。 冷蔵庫も小さいが霜がすごい付いていて、中の3分の1は霜でスペースなくなってる状態であった。 １階トイレの鍵はついてるが壊れている。 お風呂のシャワーは水しか出ない。 温泉はちょろちょろ出続けているので水を足しておけですくって頭を洗う必要がある。 シャンプーなどついていたが7名で泊まってギリギリ足りた程度で補充されていなかった。 鍋もそこが焦げが張り付いていて使う気になれず、家から持ってきたホットプレートで何とかした。 雨だったのでBBQしなかったが、部屋によっては屋根のないところでBBQしないといけないので、気をつけないと雨でできないことがある。 あると便利なものとしては、食器を拭くタオル、床を拭くクイックルワイパー的な物 雑巾は必要だと思う。それと虫除けスプレーなども。 生肉などを大量に買うと冷蔵庫入らないのと大皿がないので持っていく必要がある。 お箸も持参必須。 この施設で良かったのは温泉がずーっと出てることくらいかなぁ。

掃除は行き届いていましたが、写真に期待しすぎてしまいました。 人数分の布団はあったのですが、食器が揃わず工夫が必要でした。 かけ流し温泉は、夜は出なくなり冷めてしまい入れませんでした。 時間制限があるならその説明があるとよかったです。

管理に問題ありでした。

チェクインしてすぐに、水道を使用しましたが、いつまでたってもお湯が出てこない。 管理会社に電話して、給湯器のスイッチ場所を指示してもらい電源を入れ給湯が開始されました。 部屋がとても寒いので、エアコンだけでは暖まりきらず、備え付けの石油ファンヒーターも使用しましたが、タンクに少しの灯油しか入っておらず、数時間でガス欠しました。 その際、管理会社の電話が繋がらず、メールにて連絡したところ折り返しいただいたので良かったのですが、施設の管理人がすでに飲酒しているため、対応できないとのことで、また予備の灯油のある場所を指示してもらい、自分で給油しました。 翌朝は大雪で、とても冷え込んだので、連絡が取れ、予備の灯油があったのは、ホント助かりました。 温泉は気持ちよかったですが、浴槽に溜まるまで２時間くらいはかかりました。 今回は、私の家族だけでの利用でしたが、他の３室とも満室だったらどのくらいかかるのか、少し不安に思いました。 あと細かいことですが、テレビと電子レンジは無く、調理する際IH対応の調理器具はフライパンと小さめの片手鍋しかなく、大きな鍋はIHには対応していないガス台用の鍋ですので、使用には注意が必要です。
