"The property is great as a base for our needs after our Disney. We appreciate the meet & greet hangout hotel for guests after a long day of touring around Tokyo / or Disney. Having the pastry store, Lawson onsite with bus & train in front of the hotel is a plus in our eyes. Kudos for the excellent customer services by all the staffs for the amount of tourists they have to provide services to."

"I wasn’t aware the Hotel is in the red light district. That makes us uncomfortable and not so safe. The Hotel is the best one around this area. We asked to be change of rooms because the first one was so small and not quite clean. The second room that we stay was much better. The staff was always ready to help with a good manner. "Upon check in, I noticed that none of the front desk staff smiled at all . They were so cold & didn't really make you feel welcome. Did not understand we had to pay for pool access and limited time to be there and different prices each day for the access. Felt like the hotel staff are paid on how much extra they can get out of the tourits on this. Also they did not have a free shuttle to Disneyland.
