"The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. Our private onsen was something out of a movie. And it’s a superb place for kids — many fun little treats everywhere. Very much recommend. However, if your kid is an adventurous eater, make sure they do not serve them the kids meal Kaiseki. It is definitely subpar fast food level. Pre-order the adult version because you can’t change on the spot."

"Clean room. Great location. Stayed on top floor. Very spacious. Balcony and roof access. Lift stopped two floors below. Not good with heavy luggage. Main staff member spoke no English. No cutlery. Comfortable beds. Only one bin bag provided. Had to ask for additional toilet paper. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"3連泊で江ノ島〜北鎌倉界隈をゆっくり回りました！立地もよく快適に過ごさせていただきました。　建物は古く床がミシミシ…それもまた内装のリノベがオシャレで素敵です。 女性専用の2段ベッドルームだったのですが仕切りカーテンがないタイプのゲストハウスは初めてで着替えや光の漏れなどほかの方への配慮面で少し戸惑いましたので評価4にさせていただきましたがベッドの構造上難しいのかなとも感じました。結果、意外と大丈夫でした！ タオル交換サービス無料でとてもありがたかったです。シャンプー類もオーガニック系で洗い心地もとても良かったです！タオルもシャンプー類も持っていかなくてよかったなって思いました。タオルもフワフワ吸収バッチリなやつでした。お水、コーヒーや紅茶なども自由に楽しめて快適です。ぜひ次回は地ビールも飲める時間にゆっくりしたいです！"

"perfect for a couple nights while snowboarding at the ski hills nearby! the lovely lady, who i’m assuming is the owner, was just the sweetest lady. she was more than happy to help us sort out transportation around town and to the ski hill, make dinner reservations for us, and drive us to the shipping outlet to ship our bags to the airport. i would absolutely recommend, and i will definitely be back! "
