"This is an excellent property with ample space. The amenities inside the apartment is amazing. The location is literally 3-4 mins by walk to Kita-Kashiwa station. The neighborhood is quiet, with local shops and restaurants around. The host is kind and helpful. The kind gesture of the host is really appreciated. I would fully recommend anyone who prefers little quiet ambience, but huge space in the rooms."

"Very generous amount of room space, good soundproofing, nice large window with a view - very comfortable bed. It is dated however and they have a humidity problem in the laundary rooms and on the shower curtain. Nothing that would make me think twice from booking again though. The breakfast is one of the best out there (I stayed at three similairly priced hotels in Japan during my visit and at this hotel it was very fresh and had a lot more variety in comparison. "This was a fine place to stay. Nothing special but room was clean and the beds were comfortable and shower was hot. 7-11 in the lobby was convenient. Breakfast buffet was nothing special but it was reasonably priced and food was decent. Staff was super friendly."
