"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely spotless and meticulously maintained. The hotel staff was exceptional—incredibly welcoming, polite, and always eager to help with a smile. The only tiny detail was figuring out how to use the thermostat since the controls were in Japanese, but once I got the hang of it, everything was smooth. Overall, it was a virtually flawless stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!"
