Cari Hotel di Distrik Minamitsuru

"Great rooms and onsen, let down by the front desk We stayed two nights as a family of five in a junior suite. The room was spacious and clean, the grounds are beautiful, and the onsen is excellent. The problem was the front desk. An older male receptionist flatly refused two small, ordinary requests: printing a single document, and a small box of pastries for our early departure that a female colleague had already agreed to prepare. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to help. A shame,...

"best Mt. Fuji view from room, lingkungan hotel yang tenang dan nyaman. "

The view was really beautiful, and the room really clean. I really liked...

"Great Ryokan. The Service and the Japanese dinner & breakfast served were excellent"

"Great hotel on rhw lake. The amenities were amazing (hot springs, foot bath, sauna and more). A traditional 9 course dinner and breakfast were included. We were comfortable. The staff and waiter were very attentive, kind and knowledgeable."

"Fantastic!"

"Would give 10 stars if I could. The facility is conveniently located near the lake and to convenience stores and bus stops. It is very gorgeous and if you want to make the most of a traditional experience, do not skip the kaiseki. It's very much worth it and they served the best fish I've ever had. The customer service is top notch. Yoko and another lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) went out of their way to make sure I was able to have my delicious breakfast without missing my ride to my...
