The room was amazing and Mt. Fuji was extremely visible from the room. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond! We only wish the activities, cafe were closer to the room or if they would shuttle you to the cafe. To many steps to deal with.

I really enjoyed my stay with Hoshino Resorts. The facilities were well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Whenever I needed assistance, they responded quickly and were very helpful, which made the whole stay feel relaxing and comfortable.

I would discourage anyone to stay at this hotel, it is massively overpriced for what it offers besides gorgeous views of Mt Fuji. You are dependent on very polite yet hard to understand staff for every move you make because they need to drive you to and from your room, you will be in an area far from any stores or restaurants and you will have to wait at least 20min for a taxi that will cost about $30 to $60 one way to get into a more populated area anytime you want a meal because the hotel is not an inviting place to stay. The room is beautiful yet the general facilities look run down. This is a great place to stay if you pay max $250 per night but they charge 3 to 4 times that price per night. We have a hard time understanding the positive reviews of this place. Again, the views are wonderful and the room is beautiful but to get in and out is a nightmare, and the price far out of proportion.
