Wonderful experience. Room and view was amazing. Location was convenient. Service was a very high standard and the food was incredible. I would highly recommend this place.

The view from the front and the room were magnificent! We enjoyed staying in such a beautiful and clean hotel right by the Kawaguchiko lake. It’s so quiet and relaxing! We were able to rent a private bath during the stay! I loved the fact that we had the Air dog (Air purifier) in our room!

Superbe vue de la chambre et dans le lobby, juste wow !!Très grande chambre , super séjour relaxant de 2 jours. Je vous conseille de louer vélo électrique et faire tours du lac . Je le conseille sans hésiter

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, and it was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the views were amazing! I loved the cocktail hour that included light dinner and make your own cocktails complete with a recipe book.

An excellent hotel with beautiful views from the lobby and the rooms. Lounge access is included in the room rate. The staff are absolutely lovely. There is a good onsen and a shuttle service to Kawaguchiko Station.

The property was very beautiful and had an amazing view of the lake. The staff were very helpful and could speak both English and Japanese. The meals served everyday were delicious and made the experience truly a 10/10.

The view is amazing from the room including the private bathtub and the public baths which are open the whole night - which was a delight for those who plan a longer hike as we did.

Excellent hotel with great services. Very comfortable room and good locations. Only one small thing that you need to keep in mind that the hotel is on top of the hill if you have a disability to walk steep hills, like me that I just had a surgery and unprepared for the steep walking. Other then that we were very happy with the hotel.

Wish someone would’ve told me about how much of a slope this hotel is on. After hiking Mount Fuji and walking up and down to the hotel was painful. The lounge access is a must! Food was amazing there every single meal was outstanding. The Onsen was amazing as well, well maintained and clean. Wish they cleaned the cob webs with spiders around some of the windows though. One of the staff also told me I didn’t need to buy a bus ticket in advance to Mishima station which proved to be wrong since all 3 buses were sold out when I got to the bus station to buy the ticket like he had told me. Overall good hotel.

Hotel and room are beautiful located on a hillside. Cocktail hour with food and drinks are awesome considering the hotel is not accessible to find your own food. Very romantic and quiet location for a chilled stay. Staff are very helpful and there are shuttle between the hotel and kawaguchiko station.
