"Clean and spacious room, great view of the lake in the room and the observation centre on the top level with a clear and great view of Mount Fuji are all marvellous. The hotel’s lobby was well designed as well with nice music and compliments to coffee and tea. Staff were friendly and professional. Great dinner and breakfast. "Our room was very spacious, and needless to say, the view from the room was spectacular. There is no outdoor onsen, but you can go outside to the terrace and cool down directly from the public bath. Breakfast wasn't super fancy, but typical Japanese breakfast buffet, and everything tasted good. There is an Izakaya super close to the hotel, which was very cheap with generous portion."
