"The hotel is in a convenient area of Shinjuku with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. However, the room was quite small, making it difficult to fully open large luggage. The room also felt a bit dated, and the portable AC unit wasn't powerful enough to keep the room comfortably cool. "ホテルのスタッフさんはみんな対応が良くて満足でした。でもシャトルバスがとても不便でした。帰りの乗り場がちゃんと決まっていないためバスが後ろの方にとまったら走ってバス乗場まで行かなくては行けないのでほんとに不便でした。それにベビーカーで乗り降りするときも運転手さんは知らん顔で何の手伝いもしてくれませんでした。そういう決まりなんですか?他のホテルの運転手さんは乗るときも降りるときも介助してくれたのに。ほんとに残念でした。ホテルは良かったのにバスのせいで2度と行く気にはなれません。せっかく楽しみにしていた旅行も楽しみが半減してしまいました。"

"The hotel is very well located just a stone throw from Takadanobaba station. There is a very cheap drug store at the right corner nearby the hotel (not donki). Donki is located next to the hotel. There is also Peakcock supermarket just around 100m from the hotel"

"The staff here is 100% bilingual and very good about helping foreigners not only book their stays but navigate Japan. No problems at all. The hotel service and room cleaning was impressive and thorough as I've ever seen at a hotel. The only downside I'd say here is the rooms are small.
