"Absolutely great hotel! Great location, plenty of restaurants etc right outside and just close enough to the craziness of the ‘heart’ of Shinjuku/Godzilla head (8 min walk). We used other close by metro stations when possible to avoid the main one with its 200 exits! My partner had ordered a Japanese item whilst he was stateside and had issues with the delivery to the hotel, the staff bent over backwards to track his package online and he was able to travel into central Tokyo and pick it up in...

"One double bed room was cramp, especially for two people with large overseas luggage. Cramp meaning you only get a built in half lamp on the desk, a regular sized bathroom sink that partially hung over the mini sized bathtub. And no closet! Just a small doorless nook by the hotel door that is the width of one carry on luggage.
