"写真で見ていたより部屋も広く、お風呂とトイレも別でとても使いやすかった。朝食も、お部屋から順番待ちの登録が出来てストレスを感じなかった。チェックアウト時間を勘違いしてしまい２０分も過ぎてしまったが丁寧に電話で説明してくれ深く反省しました。ランドやシー発のシャトルバスは最終の時間も早めで激混みになるので、ギリギリまで遊びたいならリゾートラインやタクシー利用をお勧めします。ホテル宿泊の目的だけで利用しましたが本当に楽しい滞在になりました。必ずまた利用させていただきます！"

"Spent 3 nights at The Knot Tokyo. Despite looking quite premium, the hotel feels like a 3* in terms of amenities and some elements of the room look very tired (e.g., bathroom). Rooms were incredibly cramped (not unusual for Tokyo), but the bathroom set-up is especially tiny and uncomfortable - more akin to a train / cruise ship bathroom! + Good location + The bakery and bar area create a very artisanal, premium vibe + Staff we generally very friendly and helpful + / - Check-in process is all...

"Great property. Service was exceptional. Loved the executive floor premiere lounge. Wonderful night view of Tokyo Tower and city skyline. Room service was delicious too. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This is a business hotel, so certain amenities, like on-site gym and spa are not available. It is centrally located, clean and comfortable, so it satisfied my needs for this trip. Room and bathroom are small but this is to be expected, however, it’s still a very comfortable base in Shinjuku. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast selections. Just note that there are a number of Apa hotels within blocks of each other so, just be mindful of that when you arrive to make check in easier."

"We paid for generic theming and general access and we were happy. If you desperately want the explicit brand and the 15 minutes of early entry (maybe) then you should pay for it. We were glad we saved the money to enjoy in the park instead. Those access passes aren’t cheap!"

"The room was too small, staff wasn’t too helpful when trying to get directions. The entrance to the hotel was not in front entrance had to go up a floor to check in very confusing. What was helpful was having bus stop right in front of hotel and train and subway stations walking distance"

"The hotel is very well located just a stone throw from Takadanobaba station. There is a very cheap drug store at the right corner nearby the hotel (not donki). Donki is located next to the hotel. There is also Peakcock supermarket just around 100m from the hotel"
