I had a great stay at this hotel! The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The location was perfect — just a 3-minute walk from the metro station and not far from a lively neighborhood with nice restaurants and shops. The room was small, but that’s quite common in Japan. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend it!

The staff were very helpful. Easy to check in and out. Very straightforward to leave my bags and pick them up after I checked out. The only thing I was disappointed was I could hear a guest watching TV at night and found it difficult to sleep (but I am quite sensitive about noise when I try to sleep.) Otherwise, I was happy with the stay.

Really nice hotel to stay, it is a quiet area, nothing much to do, but great location for easy access to transportation and moving around, 4 metro lines. There is a small seven eleven in the station opening until 11, but convenient to stop at night on the way to the hotel. The rooms are small, but comfortable and they provide you with everything you need.

A good choice

Nice hotel with well equipped bedrooms, but the rooms were a bit little on the small, but a nice veiw out of the window onto a Hie Shrine. A decent selection of food and drink at breakfast. A good location with a short walk to the Akasaka in the evening for a large choice of places to dine amd have a drink. Underground station just over the road, or a 30 minute walk to the Imperial Palace. I would stay again,

Very clean hotel. The staff were very polite and proactive, they helped me out with everything. Seven eleven and a train station next to the hotel so is very convenient to stay here. You can take a train or walk to certain places. Nice price and nice facilities

The hotel room was so small and the only place to put luggage and clothes was under the bed, so having to take the suitcase out from under the bed everyday to get out the outfit for the day was very annoying. Also the toilet was not properly cleaned, the front desk said they would have it cleaned by noon but the cleaning crew did a very poor job and residual waste was still present under the toilet rim when we returned to the room.

A great hotel with convenient access to transportation, dining, and shopping. I just wish there were more elevators and additional washers and dryers to help reduce congestion during peak hours. The top-floor communal bath is wonderful.
