Breakfast is excellent. Many dining options in hotel. They do a luggage transfer to your next hotel which is a big plus. They also have a taxi station in hotel.However rooms are pretty tiny. But for this price this hotel is good.

We did not eat the breakfast but you have option for 2 restaurants and both looked great; staff was very nice and helpful; there is airport limousine bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you directly to Haneda or Narita airport; there is underground passage to Shinjuku station where you have direct train to Shinagawa station for Shinkansen ; there is a 24 hrs FamilyMart in the hotel building

This hotel had everything. Eady check in, friendly staff, a selection of great restaurants, a couple of convenient stores, nearby access to underground tunnel all the way to the shinjuku station.
