We stayed overnight prior to flying home, the location is excellent as are the amenities, we didn’t use the restaurant or the laundry facilities ( but we did check them out) the laundry was modern clean and well maintained and the menu looked pretty awesome. The staff , like all Japanese people were lovely, efficient polite and respectful and solved any issues immediately. Would recommend this hotel for anyone including families.

A great hotel on 2F which has covered accessibility to Terminal 3. Room was clean and quiet, great soundproofing. Highly recommend for anyone travelling through Haneda. Much easier than trying to squeeze onto the trains with your bags in rush hour.

It was quite impressive. Just arrived after a long day of traveling from California to Japan. It was such a relief to already be at my hotel when I arrived to the terminal. Also very convenient to have a food court neary and a 24/7 store that i barely had to leave.

Love the hotel! Most of everything was perfect but our room was pretty tiny than I expected. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom is unique and wired. The wall is see-through clear wall and there is a curtain to covered the wall.

In previous reviews, it stated that this hotel was landslide but that you didn't have to process Immigration and Customs, THIS IS INCORRECT. You MUST process customs/ immigration to access this hotel when arriving on an inbound flight. The hotel is decent for a nights sleep for sure. The bed was pretty good. Shower/ bathroom area was very average but this hotel was ABSOLUTELY DEAD QUIET which was a huge bonus. I didn't think I heard a single sound except the air conditioner (not loud) running, while I was here. Totally, absolutely quiet. Short stay, good sleep? This place is perfect for that! Didn't eat here, only showered/ slept and onward traveling.

With a connecting flight the next morning, we booked a one-night stay at Hotel Villa Fontaine Haneda. The hotel is connected directly to Terminal 3 of Haneda airport, via a short walk across the indoor bridge, down the hallway of shops & eateries in Haneda Garden. It can't get more convenient than this! All the staff we interacted with were professional and ready to assist where they can. My only gripe: Hotel Villa Fontaine Haneda is amongst a growing list of hotels that has a policy of not making reservations for guests. That said, the staff I interacted with attempted to help without breaking policy via helping to call to confirm availability without making the reservation itself. Given the proximity of the hotel to Haneda Garden, there's an abundance of eateries available to guests. Being jet-lagged and having a mid morning flight the next day, the main places to grab breakfast was the breakfast buffet in the restaurant (which opens 24 hours) and one other Japanese restaurant (which opens at 7 am) in the neighboring eateries building. For convenience and given we woke up a little earlier, we opted to go to the hotel's breakfast buffet. It was not bad, though also not the most memorable. Overall, Hotel Villa Fontaine fulfilled our needs for the connecting flight and we would stay here again should a similar situation arise in the future!

We stayed here our last night in Tokyo before flying back to US. It was super convenient being at the airport already. They were able to store our luggage after we checked out until it was time to check in for our flight. There were many food options and also several places to shop (including 24 hour Lawson’s!). There was a piano open for play and also a rickshaw you could ride around if interested. We managed to keep ourselves entertained for 6 hours before our flight.

Clean room and friendly staff. It is close to restaurants and a Lawson. It is a bit of a walk to to get to the airport with the train and monorail. Easy check in and checkout process. They had luggage carts available for use. They were able to hold our luggage after checkout until we can check them into our flight.
