"The hotel is decent for the price. Just don’t expect a lot of space. The rooms are about the size of a size 13 shoe box, but if you’re only looking for a place to shower, sleep, and store your luggage, it does the job. The location and value make up for the lack of space, but if you’re traveling with more than two suitcases, be prepared to get very close with your belongings. At that point, one suitcase might end up sleeping in the bed with you while the other takes the last remaining floor...

The staff made check-in and check out very easy and fluid. Great location; right next to Shinjuku-Sanchome Station, plenty of konbinis, a movie theater and shopping, as well as a garden! Very pleasant stay of you’re in Tokyo."
