"Room and hotel were clean, staff kind, courteous, helpful. Bar on 36th floor, shout out to Jin, Joanne and John (not sure I have correct spelling), they were efficient, friendly, kind and so fun! Made our evening memorable. Thank you to these awesome individuals, great personalities "

"This place is interesting as they seem to be transitioning from a love hotel to a legit hotel. Hence some interesting food perks, various small items, bathtub aroma varieties etc for free. Free curry starts from 7 am until 5 pm. Free popcorn, free drinks ( wine and some cheap pours ) etc. for the price I paid not bad at all! "

"We stayed for 3 nights. 2 bottles of water were given only on the first day as they said water was just welcome drink. The room was not cleaned properly, so many crumbs on the carpet when we just checked in. The chairs were very dusty. The corridor was super dark. The room was dark too, very hard for us to do packing. No place to put anything. The hot water did not work properly for the first 2 nights, so we have to shower with cold water. One of the male staff was very rude. The only good thing...

"The room was very clean, AC unit worked very well as even though we went in October it was still warm. Right by one of the Metro stations. Staff was always very helpful. Walking distance to Dotonbori. Many restaurants and shops around. "
