"Very clean, upscale room. Nicest hotel I stayed in during my 2 weeks in Japan. Staff were kind and helpful. Free breakfast and free evening ramen was a plus. A bunch of free amenities in the room. Massage chair was also a nice bonus. Shower room & tub were very nice. My only complaint, and this is nitpicking, was that the lights in the main bathroom area of my room were very dim and there was seemingly no way to adjust them any brighter."

"Candeo Shinsaibashi has the best location if you want Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi area. The hotel was also clean and neat and the rooms were not too small. Great value for money hotel with all the amenities that you would want and need for this price point. I would happily come back again. "

"温泉は写真通り雰囲気がよく(たまに実物が写真と異なる場合がありますが、ここはそのままです!)癒されました。無料のマッサージチェアやアイスのおもてなし(自由にとって食べる方式です)、夜食の夜泣きそばも絶品でした!朝食のビッフェも食べ放題ですが、どれも味のレベルが高く、ご当地のたこ焼きや串カツも朝から堪能できます。小学生の娘は「また行きたい」と言っています。立地も道頓堀にも徒歩で行ける好条件でした。荷物が多かったのですが、チェックアウト後も同一日あれば快く預かっていただけました。"

"We stayed for 3 nights. 2 bottles of water were given only on the first day as they said water was just welcome drink. The room was not cleaned properly, so many crumbs on the carpet when we just checked in. The chairs were very dusty. The corridor was super dark. The room was dark too, very hard for us to do packing. No place to put anything. The hot water did not work properly for the first 2 nights, so we have to shower with cold water. One of the male staff was very rude. The only good thing...

"Wow! What can we say? There is so much goodness about this hotel! I can go on and on... - Great location, in the middle of it all. - Convenient to all transportation. - AMAZING(!!!) breakfast. The best we've had in ANY hotel anywhere in the world! - Freshly baked bread available all day long! Like almost all Japanese hotels, the place was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wished we stayed more than two nights."

"This place is interesting as they seem to be transitioning from a love hotel to a legit hotel. Hence some interesting food perks, various small items, bathtub aroma varieties etc for free. Free curry starts from 7 am until 5 pm. Free popcorn, free drinks ( wine and some cheap pours ) etc. for the price I paid not bad at all! "
