"If you're looking to be right in the heart of Namba then look no further! Modern, clean & well equipped room supplemented by super friendly staff. Despite it's location in a busy area, you barely hear anything in your room (11th floor for us), combine that with the comfortable bed & it's the perfect place to rest! We also arrived an hour early and but were able to check-in immediately as our room was ready, so that was a bonus!"

"This place is interesting as they seem to be transitioning from a love hotel to a legit hotel. Hence some interesting food perks, various small items, bathtub aroma varieties etc for free. Free curry starts from 7 am until 5 pm. Free popcorn, free drinks ( wine and some cheap pours ) etc. for the price I paid not bad at all! "

"We stayed for 3 nights. 2 bottles of water were given only on the first day as they said water was just welcome drink. The room was not cleaned properly, so many crumbs on the carpet when we just checked in. The chairs were very dusty. The corridor was super dark. The room was dark too, very hard for us to do packing. No place to put anything. The hot water did not work properly for the first 2 nights, so we have to shower with cold water. One of the male staff was very rude. The only good thing...

"This hotel was great. We loved the spacious room and amenities. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious as they had both Western and Japanese dishes. The room was very comfortable and I would try to stay at any of their sister hotels if they have any or stay here again when I return to Osaka. Room was clean and well supplied with amenities and water and snacks daily. I recommend this hotel for sure. "
