"Hotel Nikko is in good location , staff are very friendly, the room is a bit small , need some update , breakfast buffet between the 2 restaurants, western buffet has more choices but Japanese breakfast buffet is more quiet and like the ambiance"

"This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small no place to store your luggage and they had a table with 2 small chairs that wasn’t needed in the room all it did was make the space more crowded. The air conditioner was older and it wasn’t efficient the room didn’t really get cool at all only at night. The shower was nice and had a rainfall shower head if you wanted to use that, the bathroom was in a separate room. One thing I liked about the hotel was that they had a 24hr lounge area where you could get free soft drinks, coffee, and tea and also snacks and the area could be used for eating take out food or just to get out of the small room for a bit. They also had a washer and dryer that I used but the dryer didn’t dry all our clothes and it didn’t have the option to just use the dryer only I informed the front desk and they knew about the dryer and gave us directions to another coin laundry down the street, I wished they would of been told to us before using the washer/dryer or at least had signage to let us know. My husband tried the buffet he wasn’t impressed with the food at all. It was an enjoyable stay and would stay again even with the minor inconveniences it was still a nice place to stay and the location was excellent in proximity to food, shopping, and the train stations."

"You cannot beat the proximity of this hotel to the malls and the food. If this is your first time in Osaka choose this hotel. You are minutes away from the Namba train station that takes you directly to KIX. Staff is professional. The water is hot. Get the breakfast package. Worth every penny. They are making upgrades so sadly the only flaw was one elevator at my time of visit."

"The roof spa was an absolute delight. King room was spacious for Japan with a fridge and all the amenities you can ask for. I am going hiking for the next week and staff were incredibly helpful with holding our main luggage until just before our next reservation and then forwarding it for us."

"We've travelled Japan a few times now (including a few stays in Osaka) and honestly this hotel has now become our favourite spot in Osaka. Cool funky vibes, really well appointed and comfortable rooms and the washing machine is definitely a huge bonus considering the price point. The location is also brilliant, right next to Dotunbori and Amemura and a quick ride to Osaka Castle."
