"We stayed for 3 nights. 2 bottles of water were given only on the first day as they said water was just welcome drink. The room was not cleaned properly, so many crumbs on the carpet when we just checked in. The chairs were very dusty. The corridor was super dark. The room was dark too, very hard for us to do packing. No place to put anything. The hot water did not work properly for the first 2 nights, so we have to shower with cold water. One of the male staff was very rude. The only good thing...

"This place is interesting as they seem to be transitioning from a love hotel to a legit hotel. Hence some interesting food perks, various small items, bathtub aroma varieties etc for free. Free curry starts from 7 am until 5 pm. Free popcorn, free drinks ( wine and some cheap pours ) etc. for the price I paid not bad at all! "

"Nice and spacious. Washing machine was great and there were laundry detergent available for use. You can dry clothes in the bathroom and use hot air to dry clothes or hang them outside. Walking distance to Dotonbori - very close. Train station was also very close. Would definitely stay here again. "

"茨城から家族で初めての旅行のホテルに決めさせてもらいました。コロナウイルスのせいで営業中止中の時でも福岡天神にある同じホテルに電話したら丁寧に事情の説明や部屋の案内までしてくれたのがまず気に入りました。そして旅行当日チェックインする所から本当に本当に丁寧で安心して宿泊出来ました。喫煙スペースも１階の外にありますし、 道頓堀に行きたいと言うと地図に手書きで分かりやすくポイント押さえた物を頂きました。また絶対ここに泊まります。本当にオススメです。2泊、2歳と4歳の子供達も楽しかったと言っています。本当にお世話になりました。改めてお礼を言いたいです。ありがとうございました。"
