The room was not cleaned properly, so many crumbs on the carpet when we just checked in. The chairs were very dusty. The corridor was super dark. The room was dark too, very hard for us to do packing. No place to put anything. The hot water did not work properly for the first 2 nights, so we have to shower with cold water.
