"Amazing design, very family friendly with beds on the tatami which is good for children. Staff was always friendly when we passed by. Towels were changed and garbage cleaned everyday which was great. I loved how there was a laundry room which was very useful. Spacious rooms for children to run around. I would stay here again! Highly recommended"

"Very clean, upscale room. Nicest hotel I stayed in during my 2 weeks in Japan. Staff were kind and helpful. Free breakfast and free evening ramen was a plus. A bunch of free amenities in the room. Massage chair was also a nice bonus. Shower room & tub were very nice. My only complaint, and this is nitpicking, was that the lights in the main bathroom area of my room were very dim and there was seemingly no way to adjust them any brighter."

"The room was very clean, AC unit worked very well as even though we went in October it was still warm. Right by one of the Metro stations. Staff was always very helpful. Walking distance to Dotonbori. Many restaurants and shops around. "

"We stayed for 3 nights. 2 bottles of water were given only on the first day as they said water was just welcome drink. The room was not cleaned properly, so many crumbs on the carpet when we just checked in. The chairs were very dusty. The corridor was super dark. The room was dark too, very hard for us to do packing. No place to put anything. The hot water did not work properly for the first 2 nights, so we have to shower with cold water. One of the male staff was very rude. The only good thing...

"This place is interesting as they seem to be transitioning from a love hotel to a legit hotel. Hence some interesting food perks, various small items, bathtub aroma varieties etc for free. Free curry starts from 7 am until 5 pm. Free popcorn, free drinks ( wine and some cheap pours ) etc. for the price I paid not bad at all! "
