"Hotel situato a due passi dalla stazione di Gora è perfetto per sfruttare l’hakone free pass dato che la cable car station è a 5 minuti a piedi. Nella struttura ci sono tutti i servizi, terme sia pubbliche che private ( e possibilità di avere vasca con acqua termale in camera). Il personale è gentile, la colazione è varia e buona. Davvero ottimo!!!"

"The scenery is stunning, but the location is quite remote from the town. The hotel provides a shuttle to the nearest bus station, but buses leave every 20 minutes and are often late. The bus fare is also very expensive compared to Tokyo or Osaka. The hotel staff couldn’t understand my accent, and I struggled to understand theirs, leading to poor communication. The carpet smelled like damp raffia and made me feel nauseous. Breakfast was a typical Japanese meal, probably dried fish, rice, and tea....
