"Beautiful scenery, super close- walking distance to ride a gondola to a major world renowned attraction (volcano). Super baby and kid friendly; we got a balcony room facing the lake which allowed us to open the screened door to get fresh air. The onsen was clean and in excellent condition; lots of quality amenities. Buffets were generous and quality as well. "The kids love the apartment bur check in is a bit complicates as filling out all details including address age, etc took me more than half an hour to fill it out especially with more than 4 people. Luckily we were able to do it inside the room otherwise everyone was so tired to wait for me to finish to fill out the check in procedures. Other than this, everything is excellent. Thank you for the stay."
