Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and modern with amazing views - we had a seaview room. Free breakfast located on rooftop overlooking all of Istanbul - menu was extensive, fresh and delish. Located on a quiet street surrounded by lively streets with restaurants and shops and ideal for major tourist attractions and public transit. Highly recommend.

Hotel excellent et très bien situé. Personnel au top. Seul critique : nous aurions préféré un petit dejeuner buffet au lieu être servis à table car c'est plus rapide et on peut choisir plus facilement que sur un menu. L'adresse est bien notée pour notre prochain séjour à Istanbul.

Sehr zentral gelegen, super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Badezimmer müffelt, liegt aber an der Gegend, es wurde immer ordentlich geputzt. Ich werde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Had a wonderful stay while visiting the touristy sites in the area. Staff were so helpful and friendly during our stay. They helped us navigate transportation and arrange activities for us to do! Breakfast every morning was delicious! Hotel room was clean, comfortable and quiet during our stay!

It was very easy to walk to the main attractions, especially the Blue Mosque. There were many restaurants nearby for variety. The view from the rooftop restaurant was wonderful.

Hotel in a good central location to all attractions. Tram at end of the road . The room was basic but fine for our needs . Bathroom was very scruffy and had a very bad smell which got worse after a few days , I understand from staff this is a problem in this area . Staff were very helpful and courteous. Restaurant and bar on top floor has a stunning view of Blue Mosque and surrounding area . We ate dinner there in our first night but it was very mediocre and expensive so would not recommend. Breakfast was ok .

I have nothing to complain about this hotel.. very close to everything and many restaurants near by.. the staffs are super friendly and helpful that make the hotel even more enjoyable.. my room has the Blue mosque view it’s amazing especially at night … the breakfast is also good

初めてのトルコ旅行で4泊しました。部屋の設備はシャワーのお湯も十分に出て、広さもほどほどで、不便なく過ごせました。何より良かったのは9Fのレストランで食べる朝食時の景色です。朝食はAM7：30からで（トルコは日の出が8時過ぎなので）夜明けのアヤソフィア、ブルーモスクが堪能できます。お料理も好きな物が注文出来て美味しかったです。ホテルはトラムのスルタンアフメット駅から徒歩3分程度。駅付近にはレストランやパン屋、小さなマーケットがあり便利です。お水はホテルがサービス提供してくれるもので十分足りました。観光にもとても便利なので、またイスタンブールに行く時は宿泊したいと思います。帰りは夜中の便だったのでホテルの車で空港まで送って貰いました。一人40ユーロしましたが、安心でした。

I had a miserable experience as I got severely sick with Covid from staying in this hotel because it was dirty, and filthy, had afoul smell from backed-up sewage pipes and there were stray animals in the lobby and outside rooms that were carrying disease and may have rabbies. Even the other guests that were staying in this hotel got sick before checkout. The bathroom and toilet wer clogged so I had to go outside as they took couple days to fix it and it clogged again because they had sewage back up in the main sewage pipes which caused backflow and foul smell. The bathroom also had mold and there was no exhaust fan in bathroom. The room was not clean and the floor was filled with dust and dirt and the heating system was not working and it was freezing cold outside. On top of all this even the TV in the room was not working. The gentleman working at the front desk was a con artist with full of lies and even though I had booked a bigger room with the view of blue mosque he swapped it to a smaller room with no view from the window. Dont go by the edited photos of this hotel, it's old and in dilapidated condition and needs significant repairs and staying here is a health hazard and its not a safe place. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was within walking distance to blue mosque but based on the negative overall experience due to multiple issues I dont recommend this hotel and one should book other hotels in the vicinity that are well maintained and cleaner.

Excellent Hôtel.
Excellent séjour dans cet excellent hôtel très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des principaux sites touristiques. Bravo pour la disponibilité du personnel. Mention pour le petit déjeuner choisi à la carte (pas de buffet, donc moins de gaspillage) très varié et servi dans une salle au rooftop avec une superbe vue sur la Mosquée Bleue et Sainte Sophie. Seul petit bemol concerne l'éclairage de la salle de bains un peu trop faible, mais c’est un petit détail.
