"Most everything was pretty good. The staff were excellent, very helpful and understanding. They spoke Italian and English well. Our room was a Jr suit. It was quit large. It was odd though, we had a sofa seating area but no TV. The TV was on the wall in the bed area. It would have been nice to have a TV in the seating area for guests or when one was sleeping in bed and the other wanted to watch TV without disturbing the bed sleeper. The room looked updated with tile floors. The bathroom was nice...

"Very clean, central location. Not whole building, just one floor and there were building works in the entrance hall and above the room starting in the morning. Sound proofing not great. Elevator is on half floors. "

"Fantastic hotel. Man on the front desk was extremely helpful. Organised us a taxi and a meet and greet to Morano Island. Fully stocked mini bar and coffee machine stocked daily. Perfect location. Only thing missing was a floor length mirror (only had 1 in bathroom above sink) "

"Steffano was everything that all the great reviews said he would be. We arrived early from a cruise and waited at a corner coffee shop for 7Bell’s to open. Steffano came to the coffee shop, to find us and lead us upstairs to check in. We enjoyed the lovely terrace with a view of the streets and water while our room was readied. Steffano provided us with cups of coffee to enjoy while we waited. Room and establishment felt very safe and secure. It’s close to great restaurants and views. We would...

"The location is the best. Easy walking to all. Trevi a couple of blocks. Pantheon around the corner. Great staff very helpful, will guide you and ordered taxi for us each day. Very clean and our room was an upgrade which was excellent. Well recommended. Restaurants within very short walking distance."
