"We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s steps away from Spagna station and the Spanish steps as well as shopping and local dining options. The hotel itself was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. They have a few rooms in the building that’s listed and another property just around the corner which is where we stayed but I preferred this one better. No concierge or receptionist but when I called, the receptionist came pretty quickly to check us in. Both buildings have elevators too. Highly...

"The room was maybe smaller than expected but comfortable and we didnt really spend much time in it! Was in an excellent location. Only issue was the noise. Our room overlooked a courtyard and we experienced noise late at night and early morning from people emptying bins. The room had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful "

"It’s not 5 or 4 * , but good location , excellent reception (Nicola) , clean and comfortable rooms . Good restaurant below and around the area . Everything walkable . Train station to hotel about 20 - 25 minute walk … either cases phewww !!! There is a river taxi 1 , but can be packed ! … otherwise , definitely recommend , I’d stay again . "

"We chose this hotel in La Spezia to be close to the train that we were planning to use for commute to Cinque Terre. We ended up falling in love with this lovely cozy town: it felt like home. The room was spacious, so was the bathroom. The parking was paid, but the hotel took care of the arrangements. Breakfast was at the cafe, 2 spots, nearby: we liked better the one on a round about."

"Only issue is that it lists 'Laundry' as an amenity but it doesn't have laundry. We're travelling for a long time and having laundry at a property makes a difference to us when we're booking somewhere."

"Bra hotell med fantastiskt läge. Rummet är väldigt litet. Safty box krånglade mycket. Toaletten luktade illa. Konstig täcke som hade röd fläck såg ut som blod och en stor gul fläck. "

Contactless check in was slightly confusing but worked well enough and was decently secure but relies on other people to close doors behind them and to take the appropriate key for their room. Shower was great! Room had lots of amenities/snacks/drinks which was very nice. "
