"It's a homestay. Spacious and good for a big family of 5 or 6. When we reached there, owner was not there. After few frantic calls, owner told to get ourselves a key to the unit. Parking compound was big...BUT, by evening, the whole space was occupied by MILO vehicles and trucks. Apparently, they prepared the favourite drink there at the parking compound. "We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "
