"On avait une chambre avec salle de bain, on s’est crue au royaume des champignons. La salle de bain était noire y en avait dans tous les recoins et au plafond. Les murs étaient sales et a moitié peint (pas comme sur les photos). Au moins on avait un toit pour dormir. Le personnel était très mediocre même pas un mot au check out, on avait l’impression de les déranger. "

"Amethyst is my all-time favorite hostel. It was my first time hostel hoping, and I wasn't sure if I would make friends. Enter Saiful. He invited me to dinner where I got to know other travelers, who I ended up spending the rest of my time in KL with, visiting everything from the Batu Caves to the Putrajaya Pink Mosque. "Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...
