Away from the madness of Shinjuku and close enough to other areas. Plenty to see and do nearby , really perfect location. There was nothing even slightly negative I could say about the place. "This is a very convenient location, about five minutes walk to Shinjuku station which takes you all over Tokyo and other cities such Hokone…the alley in front of the hotel is lively as there are many karooki and bars very safe to walk around."
