"The room was clean and well presented. Despite the activities outside the hotel it was nice and quiet in the room. The shower is a little challenging because it leaks out through the shower door and floods the bathroom floor. Breakfast is adequate although the cooked breakfast was not very hot."

"The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. "Lovely hotel, breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Online checkin/out was ideal. The beds were very comfortable. The room was warm (matched the weather) but a welcome fan kept the air moving. Tried to call to say we were going to be later than planned- couldn’t get a response (not good). Corridor area was very congested as there were bible/book stalls, I don’t mind the stalls but just put them where it doesn’t restrict flow of guests"

"I plumped for one of their rooms without a window as I wasn’t there to admire the scenery. The bed was massive but perhaps a bit hard for my taste, other than that the room had everything you needed. "The room was large and bright, the bathroom was super clean and the beds were especially comfortable! The food was lovely too and there was a large range to choose from for breakfast. There was however an incident where the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building half dressed at midnight. Staff were very responsive and so were the local fire team. The matter in my opinion has already been handled by the duty manager. I will definitely be back again to stay with other family...

"The cleanliness was exceptional. The decor of my room on the 5th floor was nice. Slept well. No problems. But I would have liked a warmer welcome when I checked in.
