The staff were lovely! Polite, friendly, informative. The rooms are small! For friends sharing there is no privacy, at all! The toilet and shower area are very small and are behind a frosted glass door that does not shut completely so be prepared to hear and smell everything, as no windows or extractor fans!!!! It also takes a while to work out how to flush the toilet! There is a little silver flat disc the size of a 5p on the wall that you would never in a million years expect to be the flush! It was fine for us as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room other than to sleep. No TVs which is not a bad thing. There was only one plug for hairdryer/ straightener and there are no mirrors in reaching distance. The plug in the window sill I couldn’t use as it was the wrong way round for for any chargers to be able to fit in the space between the plug and surface ( if you know what I mean!?) if your charger comes out of the top of your plug it’s fine!! No wardrobes and very limited storage and walls are very thin. We didn’t have breakfast there as we thought £18 was way overpriced! But we would return due to the staff and location but only as single occupancy rooms as they are not big enough for 2 people!

No TV in the room which is the first hotel room we have ever had without one this was not mentioned at the point of booking, room was cold even with the air-con on Only 1 usb port that did not work Room was expensive for the size and facilities Breakfast was really good Downstairs area on the side with the view of the dock was closed off for a baby shower for most of the Sunday

One Night in London Wir waren anlässlich eines Events für eine Übernachtung in der Stadt und haben ein Expedia-Paket Flug/Hotel gebucht. Das Hotel liegt gut erreichbar an den Öffentlichen, selbst von Heathrow aus ohne Umsteigen mit der Elisabeth-Line wunderbar zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und minimalistisch (kein TV/kein klassischer Schrank im Raum), Zimmer und Bad UK-typisch winzig aber alles da was man braucht: Euro-Steckdose, Föhn, Duschgel, Ohrstöpsel, Wasserkocher, gemütliches Bett mit bequemen Kissen, großer Ganzkörperspiegel. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht. Die Bar können wir nicht bewerten, da diese bereits geschlossen hatte, als wir aus dem Stadion gekommen sind. Positiv: Zentral zur Underground, modern, wirklich schönes Hotel mit toller Wasserlage, Check in/out unkompliziert und vorweg online möglich, 24-h Market direkt gegenüber, eine Art "Marktplace" mit kleinen Buden mit veganen Produkten ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür. Nicht optimal: Das Zimmerfenster ist nicht zu öffnen (Frischluft also nur über "Lochung im oberen Rahmenbereich" möglich), Roomsharing nicht ratsam wenn man kein Paar ist oder sich nicht kennt und mag (WC Tür nicht schließbar), für die Nutzung des Bades sollte man nicht zu füllig sein und keinesfalls einen "Bierbauch" tragen, könnte eng auf dem WC werden ;-) Wir waren jedenfalls absolut zufrieden, buchen sicher wieder, wenn wir erneut in der Stadt sind und empfehlen das Good Hotel definitiv weiter!

A different place to stay in London, on a re-claimed boat with profits going to a worthwhile cause. Staff were friendly. The rooms are compact but have everything you need and comfortable. Tea/coffee tray, shampoo/shower gel. Next to the cable car, 10 mins walk to the underground. Plenty of food options on the doorstep.

We always stay here when we are visiting the 02 as we can get the cable carts across. The hotel is clean and rooms and facilities are good. The staff are friendly and check in is always so quick. We have already rebooked to stay in a weeks time.

Amazing stay! Stayed for one night 13/04/24, greeted by lovely, friendly staff with specific mention to Paul at the reception desk that made us feel extra special - thank you so much! Super helpful and kind, free upgrades and goodies given without request after hearing we were visiting for my partners birthday. Gorgeous location right on the water overlooking the O2 and the cable cars. Easy access to public transport just a couple minutes walk from local DLR station with a Tesco extra opposite and local restaurants cafes. Couldn’t fault it, left feeling well rested and very appreciative. Also would like to mention the ethos and story behind this hotel is worth the stay alone. Definitely worth booking!

Lovely hotel and great ethics. We didn’t realise till we got back after an event at the o2 that our room door hadn’t locked and when we tried to lock it it wouldn’t even the next day for breakfast it wouldn’t lock.

The rooms are absolutely tiny. More like prison cells. Very grubby. Marks on walls, wallpaper coming away from walls. Dusty and dirty. There are no tv’s in the rooms. This hotel is on a boat. Early check in is £20 which is a rip off.

Our rooms sit at 13 square meters which are on the smaller end of the spectrum. We do offer our Corner Waterview rooms with 30 sq. meters that I believe you would enjoy. Secondly, we do apologize for the cleanliness of the rooms. This issue has been forwarded to the appropriate department, and it will be handled quickly and effectively to ensure that it doesn't happen again. The view was amazing. Worth it. One thing is the frame of a little girl on th wall in the bedroom. I feel it's not fit in with theme. I had to cover it.
