Me and my son stayed here just to do some sight seeing around London. The staff were really nice, we dropped our bags early and they put them in our room ready for when we got back. They were also happy to look after them after we checked out to collect before we got our train home. The room was clean, we had a good nights sleep. I would happily stay here again. Perfect, cheap and cheerful.

LLegué sobre las 23:30 el 08-02-2024 despues de reservar a traves de Expedida , una vez en la habitación , decidi resrevar una noche más y así lo hice , baje a recepción a comentar la reserva para mañana 09-02-2024 y mi sorpresa fue monumental cuando me comenta que me habia equivocado y habia reservado para esta noche 08-02-2024 . Le comenté que esta dispuesto a pagar la diferencia y me dijo que no era posible y ahora tenia dos reservas para 08-02-2024 la habitación n15 y ahora también la 10 ,Le dije que se quedara la 10 que yo tenia la 15 . Se comprometio hablar con su jefe y me reservo la habitacion para el 09-02-2024 con el pago total de la reserva 77 & . Al dia siguiente me dijo que NO SE PODIA HACER NADA !!!!! , vaya miserias ..... ni siendo cliente del hotel ante un error te lo pueden solucionar , bueno la noche del 08-02-2024 me costo el doble , que les aproveche .......

Paid for a double room and the bed clearly wasn’t a double, tv was so small couldn’t see it from bed and paid a lot more compared surrounding bigger branded hotels, if you are a larger person don’t book as won’t get through the doors, card machine wasn’t working properly and had to make 3 seperate payments, the gentleman on the front was helpful and the room was clean hence why got 2 stars

Gammelt og nusset hotel
Bygningen er meget gammel. Smalle gange og trapper, ikke godt hvis man er dårligt gående. Værelserne havde ikke set ordentlig rengøring længe. Der var støv overalt og gulvtæpperne var nusset. Sengen var elendig, meget smal ikke meget bredere end en énmands seng, og hård som granit. Når man lagde sig skulle man tro at fjedrene var på vej ud igennem madrassen.

The room in its entirety was extremely small. No closet, no real amenities. Shower/ bathroom was tiny, my partner was unable to stand up in the shower they are 6’2in height. The bed was basically springs covered in a sheet, pillows were extremely flat. The room was clean and conveniently located to Victoria station. Decent food options in the area and east to get to places from. If you are looking for comfort or space we would not reccomend this location.

Not the best night's sleep.
We were in room 14. Small room with all the amenities. TV remote wouldn't work but was changed as soon as I reported the problem. Unfortunately the room directly above us had VERY squeaky floorboards and the occupants walked around throughout the night/early morning.

Die Zimmer sind leider so winzig das nicht mal ein Handgepäckskoffer am Boden Platz hat. Die Dusche ist nicht vom Rest des Bades getrennt und somit ist alles nass nach dem Duschen. Außerdem gibt es bei genauer Betrachtung Schimmel im Bad. Das Bett war nicht sonderlich bequem und relativ schmal. Der U-Bahn Tunnel verläuft unterm Hotel, dadurch ist alle paar Minuten die U-Bahn zu hören/zu spüren. Überhaupt ist alles sehr hellhörig und laut. Man hat das Gefühl der Nachbar kommt gleich direkt ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer wird nur auf Nachfrage gereinigt. Frühstück war nur ein kleiner Wagen am Gang mit heißem Wasser, Tee usw. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für 1-2 Nächte passabel, für längere Aufenthalte keinesfalls zu empfehlen. Ich würde nicht wieder buchen. Preis-Leistung hat nicht gepasst.

The room was too small, there was no phone, it was dirty, and the bathroom was so small that I couldn't sit on the toilet bowl, so I had to sit next to it. It was the first horrible experience I've had in my life. I hope Expedia doesn't book any more horrible places like this.

Decent Stay for the Price
The hotel is in a handy location, the rooms are clean and neat, and the staff is friendly. It’s not fancy, but it’s a comfy and quiet place to sleep. The bed is good, but the small bathroom can make showering a bit tricky due to water splashing. They don’t serve breakfast, but you can get a cup of coffee. It’s an okay choice for the price, just keep your expectations in check

Don’t stay here
I was a repeat customer. The hotel now is really dirty and loud and uncomfortable. The toilet we had to sit on sideways because the toilet all was so close to the wall. The door was all dented, It smelled. The water didn’t work. Moved us another room, radiator wouldn’t shut off. Extremely hot and Very inhabitable. Curtains were all ripped And filthy. Then the cleaning lady yelled at my daughter because there was a small amount mascara on the towel. Very disturbing to be yelled at like that. I will not stay again and would like my money back.

Horrible, tatty, run down, dirty hovel. Bathroom was mouldy with bacterial bloom on the door. The hairdryer flex was covered in mould. The room was tiny as was the bed. The mattress was only 3’9”. Only one pillow each snd no headboard as the bed was wedged tightly under the window sill. Barely room to get out of the side or around the bottom of the bed. I was not brave enough ti check under the bedding but was advised by a fellow guest that the extra ones they asked for were stained. I tried my best to reassure her that not all London establishments were as bad. Only one double plug socket, halfway up the wall at the foot of the bed. Shabby carpet. “32 inch TV” was more like 32cm. The remote control was filthy and the volume and channel selection erratic. Stair carpets relatively loose. Stairs really steep, decayed and flaking pain on the outside of the room doors. “Dining room” equally shabby, nothing like the photos. It smelled damp. The advertising photos show places set, yogurts on the table, a full continental buffet. What we got was a few rice crispies and cornflakes. On the first day the milk was completely sour. There was no sign of a dishwasher so pretty sure the cutlery and crockery were not as clean as they could be. There was a toaster, no bread. Juice glasses, no juice. The information leaflets, mostly three years out of date. This property is grossly over priced, I have stayed in much better for much less

Habitación doble muy muy pequeña y en un sótano. Mucha humedad y el baño enano (casi no hay ni espacio ni para limpiarte el culo) y no digamos nada de la ducha que encharcas todo el baño al no haber separación. Polvo en la pared donde dormíamos. Además las vistas al sótano eran preciosas (ironía) y con 0 intimidad. Cama también incómoda. Se me quitan las ganas de volver a Londres solo de pensar en que todos los alojamientos de estos precios (carísimos por cierto) son iguales o incluso peores. Felicidades a los dueños de estos "hoteles", se están haciendo millonarios a costa de los clientes.

Booked the hotel through ebookers from Finland. The ad was a scam. It certainly looked better average 3 star hotel in their advertisment but reality was horrible. This was not a hotel. The whole place was hazard.Dirty and noisy.Horribly uncomfortable. Beds were old and broken. In our room you couldn't close the door when inside toilet as the toilet was wrongly placed. In the other room you went inside through the toiled!!All the time was scared to fall through the stairs as the wood was weak. Floor in the shower was very slippery and it flooded. Our visit started by asking to change clean and spotless sheets as they were clearly so dirty. Towels were old and looking dirty. No microwave to heat meals. Breakfast was cereals and instant coffee or tea and there were toasters but no bread to put in. Staff washed dishes by hand.Only wiped them with dirty towel. We paid about 500e 3 nights. Where was the garden promised in the ad?? For god sake what a welcome to england. Never again.

Also der Zustand des Zimmersrechtfertigt nicht den Preis. Die Matratzen sind furchtbar durchgelgen und es ist vorstellbar wieviele Gäste da schon gelgen haben Die Räume sind winzig und das man quasi in der Toilette duscht ist furchtbar, vor allem zu zweit, denn eine Person muss immer in das Duschwasser des anderen steigen, weil weiteres Duschen oder ein Toilettengang sonst nicht möglich ist bevor wieder alles abgetrocknet ist und das dauert ewig, weil der Abfluss auch nicht funktioniert. Die Besitzer des Hotels sind daher nicht am Wohlbefinden der Gäste interessiert. Man könnte zum Beispiel ganz einfach die elendig knarrenden Türen einfach mal ölen, dann würde der Lärm aus den Zimmern der unweigerlich entsteht reduzieren. Die Türzargen im Bad sind wegen der ständigen Nässe verfault und sehen schrecklich aus.

Staff were really friendly and hotel is in a good location. Only issue we had was the shower had no doors or curtain or even a border on the floor so the whole floor of the bathroom got really wet everytime we had a shower. Not sure if it was just our room but other than that everything was good.

This property was very disappointing. We have previously stayed in an OYO in Sheffield and we’re so impressed with the size of the room and the facilities it had. As a result of this, we decided to use OYO again in London. This did not offer the same experience. The rooms were so very small with a very small double bed. The rooms facilities were so basic with no wardrobes, no plugs near the bed, no bin. A communal coffee and tea area were located half way up the main stair case which meant a you had to carry a boiling hot drink to your room in a thin paper cup. The rooms smelt of damp and you had to open the window to be able to stand the smell and heat. Successively, the bedding also smelt of damp. The walls between rooms were very thin. One evening, I was awake most of the night as I could hear every word the neighbouring rooms were saying. I could even hear a hiccup. The location of this property was fantastic, and the amenities near by were excellent. I would stay here again if this was much, much cheaper. Other hotels near by are about the same price and you get a lot more space for the money. This was an expensive hotel for the conditions we stayed in.

Excellent position for travelling from Victoria coach and railway station. The room was very small, but clean. Complimentary breakfast is just a bowl of cereal and tea or coffee, but there are plenty of cafes within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An ideal place if you are looking for a low budget hotel, for one night.

room smelled terrible. could easily hear people in the next room. bathroom too small, and toilet was placed in a way i couldn’t even sit facing forward because my knees touched the wall. barely any toiletries provided. no hot water for showering.

Budget hotel with a great location for the stay but lacking in other areas. Basement room was very small and cupboard high on wall was difficult to negotiate around the bed in the night. Bathroom had remains of damp mould and was particularly evident in the cable of the hairdryer in the shower room. Unless the room was aired continually there was a damp smell. Breakfast very basic with cheap products.

first room very small, could not use the toilet with the door closed, we changed rooms for the rest of stay staff very good and helpful, second room a little better, no tea or coffie in room had to go to first floor landin for a paper cup, no chairs in room to sit down as no room, no drinking glasses in room, room in need of decoration and good carpet clean, toilet/wash room sink too small to wash and shave, hair drier flex black, no plug in sink, no light working above sink, radiators in room fins at back very dusty. I booked a 3 star hotel this is not what we got I was very unhappy that I had brought my whife to stay there. will say no more

Slitt hotell med bra beliggenhet
En ting var positiv og det var beliggenhet. Rolig gate 2 minutter å gå til Victoria stasjon. Ellers veldig slitt hotel med slitte rom, ingen skapsplass. På badet ingen hylleplass. Gulvteppet gikk vi ikke på uten sokker. Og frokosten var dårlig. Visste det var enkelt hotel, men var mye å betale for et så slitt hotel. Så her kommer vi ikke tilbake
